King County Library levy narrowly passing

The King County Library System levy was passing by a narrow margin Tuesday night. 
As of 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, the countywide vote showed a 50.51 percent "yes" vote. 
Votes included in the Tuesday ballot count were those received by Monday afternoon, meaning that they needed to be mailed by the weekend or dropped off by Monday.
The District includes all of King County except for the cities that aren't part of the District -- Seattle, Renton,  Enumclaw, Hunt's Point and Yarrow Point. It also includes part of Bothell that is in Snohomish County.
