Ballinger dentist charged by Department of Health
Monday, August 8, 2016
In May 2016 the Washington State Dental Commission charged dentist Shohreh Khorsandi (DE00007812) with unprofessional conduct.
Charges say Khorsandi provided substandard care to multiple patients. Allegations include failing to take necessary tests, improper billing and/or recordkeeping, inadequate records of medications, not getting patients’ informed consent, and failing to adequately resolve dental problems.
Khorsandi's practice location is advertised as the Ballinger Dental Clinic, 20036 19th Ave NE, Shoreline, WA 98155.
Once the dental commission issues a final order, Dr. Khorsandi will have a period of time to answer the charges. The commission will then determine what disciplinary action, if any, will be taken.
Dr. Khorsandi was previously charged by the commission. As a result she was required to take continuing education classes and her license was on probation for two years. She was in good standing until the most recent charges, filed in May of this year.

Good action has been taken by the Washington State Dental Commission. I believe whoever doctors does such unprofessional job, should get punishment like this ballinger dentist.
